Terms

These terms cover the use of Southwest Florida Directory, run by [not set].

What the directory is

A free list of businesses and events. Each entry is built from public pages, links those pages and carries the date it was checked. A listing is not a recommendation, a rating or advice.

Accuracy

Details change. Hours, prices, dates and license numbers are shown as the business or organizer printed them on the checked date. Confirm with the business before you rely on them. License numbers have not been checked against the state record unless a listing says so.

Submitting a listing

Listing is free. By sending the form you confirm that you may speak for the business or event and that the details are true. We decide what is published, and we may edit or remove an entry.

Corrections and removal

Use the form on the add page, or write to [not set].

Photographs

Photographs are used under the licenses named on the photo credits section of the how we check page.
